Pirate Literature
"Information wants to be free and information wants to be expensive, [there's] this struggle between the high cost of creating new information vs the fact that once it's created it becomes quite easy for it to be distributed at virtually no cost."
- Jimmy Wales of Wikipedia on Desert Island Discs
You donate and I'll spend time typing you an original version of sections of my completed work as well as sections from my favourite literature on my typewriter. Like a reversal of the piracy that can be enabled by machines of mass production.
You'll get some great literature, I get to spend time reading and typing up really great literature as well as critiquing my own. A style of work in which we both win. And all the literature that I'll 'pirate' for you will be out of copyright and public domain, just like when Penguin publish 'their' classics.
It's practice really. You're helping me to practice.
Enjoy & thank you for your support.
